Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from Zeena Moon. Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items

Some of our products are made to order or produced specifically for you. Under UK consumer law, made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind return period.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on these items. Please enquire before purchase. As some items are made especially for you, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

However, we understand that things happen and may consider requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Zeenamoon@outlook.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund in line with your legal rights.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot currently accept returns on:

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand items such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Clothing, Acrylic Prints, Canvas Prints,. Fine Art Posters, Framed Canvas Prints, Premium Wooden Framed Posters, Mugs, Phones cases, Apple Tough Cases (If damaged or lost in transit we will provide you a full refund). If you are unsure please contact us before purchase.
  • Personalised items
  • Used candles, wax melts, oils, incense, or similar products
  • Digital downloads once accessed
  • Gift cards or sale items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
